Jorge Tur Moltó (1980, Alcoy, Alicante). Moltó studied Psychology at university and then completed a Master in Creative Documentary at the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona (UAB). Even though he started out by studying psychology, his trajectory has always been tightly linked to the field of videocreation and documentary filmmaking. In 2006 he directed the film De función, co-produced by Televisió de Catalunya and the UAB. Moltó has also worked as director’s assistant in fiction filmmaking, and in documentary distribution. Since 2008 he is one of the tutors of the workshop in directing of the Master in Creative Documentary at the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona.
