Marco Godoy (Madrid, 1986) holds a degree in Fine Arts from the Complutense University of Madrid, a Master’s degree in Photography from the Royal College of Art, and completed further training in the Film, Video & New Media department at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

His work engages with contemporary political and social issues, combining video with other formats such as object-based production and action. He is particularly interested in the audiovisual medium’s potential to access exhibition spaces beyond traditional art contexts, specifically through documentary practices, protest video, and activations within educational environments. His work has been presented at art centres and galleries including Matadero Madrid, Palais de Tokyo, ICA London, La Panera, Whitechapel Gallery, the Liverpool Biennial, and the Dallas Museum of Contemporary Art, among others.
