1ª Olimpiada doméstica (Campanilla, 2001) recreates a family Olympics, where everyday chores are transformed into the most passionate sports. There, ironing is like playing chess, making one's bed is an extreme sport, and vacuuming the carpet becomes an exciting boxing tournament. All this is within your reach. Stop thinking that your everyday chores only serve a single purpose and invent your own surprising sports.

Campanilla began showing her videos at venues such as the 143 delicias festival, which she co-directed alongside Ivan Pérez. All of her work is characterized by its immediacy, economy of means, minimal editing and a large amount of spontaneity. Most of it takes place in domestic or family settings, using everyday objects and involving friends and family members as collaborators in her works.

Happening → We will organize a free second-hand market: clothes, objects and even some food, all in good condition! You can bring anything you want to offer so that someone else can give it a new purpose and extend its lifespan. At the end of the session, we will take everything that has not been exchanged to the clothing container and to the local recycling point.
