Between Words and Images: 50 years of Basque Culture, a conference organized by the Department of Languages of the University of Helsinki on the occasion of the International Day of the Basque Language, explores various cultural manifestations of the Basque context of the last 50 years. The meeting looks at the social changes and cultural development of the last decades from the history of art, literature and moving image.  

In this context, Hamaca collaborates by distributing Pasaia Bitartean (Jonander Agirre Mikelez, Ana Aitana Fernández Moreno e Irati Gorostidi Agirretxe, 2016), work that reflects on the post-industrial landscape, situating the city as a continent of memory.
