HAMACA Educates' activities in the institutes count with a training program in experimental video for teachers of the audiovisual culture subject: it proposes a brief route through the recent audiovisual history, it presents a general vision of the key elements of cinematographic language (photography, editing, sound, etc...) and it analyses the main topics of current artistic production (the use of irony, political claims, audiovisual collage...) through the main pieces of HAMACA's archive.
The pedagogical suitcases are work material for classes of 3rd and 4th grade of secondary school and high school. Every suitcase contains a pack of thematically selected videos and dossiers for teachers and students with texts and activities for the analysis of videos and realization of a final video practice.

How is the official history constructed from the "winner"'s perspective and how could we preserve the memory of the anonymous? The approach of this section is to analyse how experimental video, documentary and videoart treat the main historical issues of the twentieth century through the audiovisual language.

Can video creation be a tool of denounce of the forms of power of the current economic system? Through elements such as irony, language games, relation between image and sound, etc., some key issues of our contemporaneity are questioned and current discourses of mainstream media are analysed from a critical point of view.

Screening of a selection of videos that illustrate different formal, expressive, discursive and meaning aspects used in the current video practice.
Workshop of dynamization of the Suitcase in classrooms
The artist that carries the workshop presents a proposal of dynamization of one of the videos of the pedagogic suitcase. The workshop consists of a screening of one of the videos accompanied by an expert that approximates the language of video to the students and a final activity that foments creative and expressive competences of the students.
