Luis Cerveró (Valencia, 1974). His first pieces are in Super-8, small structuralist films with rhythm and colour as their main features. He then goes on to experiment with video scratching and with appropriation montages. After studying filmmaking he produces a short film in 35mm, “Taxidermia”, heavy on abstraction and conceptual cinema. In 2000 he moves to Barcelona, where he still lives today. He combines commercial work in music and advertising with his more personal projects. He has never produced any work out of a personal stimulus, all of his pieces have been made to order. The merit and authorship of his work must therefore be accorded to third persons.
